Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate account details and keep your login credentials secure.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, submit a venue, claim or manage a listing, or purchase paid features. People under 18 may browse public listings without an account.
You are responsible for activity under your account, including business actions performed in claim and management flows.
Business listings and claims
Venue claims require evidence that you own, operate, or are authorized to manage the business listing.
You must have authority to submit each verification document, redact unrelated personal or confidential information, and must not upload identity documents, TFNs, bank statements, payment-card details, or documents belonging to another person without permission.
Listing details must remain accurate, including name, address, contact information, and event content.
We may request additional verification, reject claims that cannot be validated, or suspend management access where misuse is detected.
Submitting a claim does not guarantee approval. Local Brew may verify public ABN or ASIC records, contact the venue through a publicly listed channel, and keep a limited audit record of the decision.
Supporting document files are normally deleted 90 days after a final decision. We may temporarily retain them where reasonably necessary for a dispute, fraud investigation, security incident, or legal obligation, while retaining a limited decision and audit record.
Final ownership decisions are made by authorised reviewers, not solely by automated systems. You may provide corrections, respond to a request for information, resubmit where available, or contact support to ask us to reconsider or explain a decision.
