Events and collaboration

Create clean event listings and coordinate collaborators without data drift.

Operator workflow
Use this sequence for reliable event publishing.
1. Create event from /brew-app/events/new with start/end date and accurate location.
2. Add at least one organiser venue (owner/manager controlled).
3. Send collaboration invites only to confirmed partner venues.
4. Save draft, review preview, then publish from edit page.
5. Monitor invite responses and stale drafts in /brew-app/events.
Collaboration control rules
Current access model and recommended operating guardrails.
- Only owners/managers can manage organiser venues and invites.
- Keep at least one organiser venue linked at all times.
- Decline stale or unknown invites to keep event ownership clean.
- Re-check date/time after edits before final publish.
